helpful receptionist free car park
The helpful receptionist made my arrival smooth. i also appreciated the free on-site car park. It made travel simple. the room was so very clean. the spa was wonderfully private!!!

the room was adequately sized and included a balcony.
Dinner service was slow. It took an excessive amount of time to receive our meal. the restaurant seemed understaffed, and the delay was considerable. the spa also charged an additional fee per hour, despite the high room rate.

The breakfast was acceptable (they had croissants).
The spa was not free. I had to pay extra for access, disappointing. The restaurant prices were too high. A vodka and coke cost 19 euros. I think that is too much.

Wonderful stay with magnificent views
mountain paths access free train ticket convenient travel free parking
The hotel provided easy access to mountain paths. I could walk directly onto them. I also received a free train ticket from reception which was convenient. The train service allowed easy travel up and down the valley. It greatly assisted in accessing lifts. Parking was plentiful and FREE which added to the convenience.
The lack of air conditioning was noticeable, the room became quite warm during the day.

The breakfast had delicious coffee. I particularly enjoyed this each morning. There was a good variety of options. the food was fresh. the staff in the dining room were very professional.

The outside pool offered amazing views of the mountains and forests. I could see mont blanc. Relaxing on the lounge chairs by the pool was pleasant. The views from my room were also amazing!

The staff was helpful and friendly. They provided useful advice. I had great conversations with some of the staff. Their level of professionalism impressed me! The staff managed to keep the same room for me when I extended my stay.
